Leadership is the ability of an individual to voluntarily invlove human capital and affect their behavior to make them task oriented for the accomplishment of a mission or the given target by leaving individual persuits.
The guiding principles for leadership are set out by the purposes, vision, mission and strategies to complete the specific objective of improving by the involvement of staff. A leader develops the specific long and short term goals and the strategies to achieve them. And the process of making a group dedicated to meet the targets in the lead of a leader is called leadership.
